took the epson printer to staples because of printer problems. the guy said i needed a new waste ink tank. i got one on line and took it back and he installed it. now has an error code, e11, that says the printer needs the ink tank counter reset. they say i have to go to an epson service center to get it reset. anyone else ever have this problem
