Clifton, TN | I’ve been in the same boat, mind won’t shut off, tried melatonin and magnesium, meh results. What really helped me was cutting out seed oils and most carbs. Sleep got way better, deeper, and I wake up feeling more rested. Didn’t expect food to make that big of a difference.
Also, know you’re not into CBD, but if you ever reconsider, something like the stardawg strain is pretty mellow and doesn’t leave that groggy hangover. Just tossing it out there.
