| Do microbes have souls? Do microbes immediately begin to proliferate when they encounter a banded stream of 32% and thiosulfate? Do the dead ammonia microbes provide an additional food source for the new microbes? If there is a net gain to field biological population two weeks after ammonia application, do we call that science, and a win for the home team? Or do we mourn the temporary decline and secretly hope for more bad things to come? Soooo many questions….. | |
