Way down east ,,over next to Canada is a small company that makes mustards the old fashioned way with grinding stones.Rayes Mustard.Crazy amount of kinds.None need the refrigerator.No chemis either.They started when they needed mustard for sardine canning,,no sardines left here but we have mustard.
