I do not use mustard very much. Yellow mustard has its place, as in potato salad. I wish I knew how to make it as my mother did. I know she used a bit of yellow mustard for flavor.
I prefer MAILLE Honey Dijon for personal use: sandwiches, etc. it is the best of any mustard I have ever tasted. Hard to find. The other recipes MAILLE provides: nope: not doin’ it. I rarely eat a hot dog, but if I do, I want MAILLE Honet Dijon on it: really makes the flavor pop.
Well, nuts: just got MAILLE jar out & took a taste: I never eat mustard out of a jar directly, but that is what I am doing.Almost certainly will go get some kosher hotdogs later…
