NW Wisconsin
For a several years on beans I've been shutting off the front rows on a kinze interplant on white mold problem spots. Old barnyards ect.
Used to double the population on the rear rows to compensate. More than once I forgot and only dropped 50-60 thousand. I never could tell a difference in yield so do it all the time now.
