NorthCentral Illinois | Have had the same issue with Dawn pluribus units if the weather conditions are right. Even have had spring strips in cereal rye wash out in places with a heavy rain couple days after planting. Sold the Dawn bar and don’t do much strip tilling anymore. If I have some corn on corn will use my Yetter magnum side dress bar with a low rate of nh3 to make a low disturbance strip. Can slid tank hitch over to keep wheels off the nh3 strip. Should change my handle to Xstripper. | |
