south east SD | I had shingles when I was 4? I remember it because I was thinking roof? Mom died when I was 2 so being number 9 of 10 kids things about me weren’t kept track very well if at all.
Got the one shot years ago. Then during Covid my wife saw her Dr and had the first shot for shingles and she asked what about my husband? Get him in here asap because they are hard to get so I went in and got it. Once you got the first shot you were guaranteed the second shot.
Then last year I got the shingles! Thought I was having a gallbladder attack till the blisters showed up 3 days later.
Dr did and gave me all he could to help but you have to just go about your day and make the best of it.
Asked the Dr how I got it with all the shots? He said you just got lucky!! | |
