| House was bought under Matt and Shanda Carstens Foundation, Nielsen (Landus lead counsel) screwed up by not forming the LLC first, that notified the public of the Carstens Cartel purchase. It was soon then moved under 32 Indian Rocks Beach LLC. So the purchase was under Carstens but Landus made the mortage payments. This was all decided by the executive team on the board (Matt Chambers, Matt Showalter, and Dan Reynolds). The full board was not aware of the deal made to retain Carstens.
Even better, in 2023, Carstens had a $775,000 mortgage for a Grimes, Iowa home and in 2024 right before the workforce reductions and pay cuts to salaries, Landus paid off that mortgage in full as well. Again only with the knowledge of those three previously mentioned Executive board members. | |
