Just outside downtown Prairie Hill | I am looking for a spreader to spread compost and perhaps turkey litter. We are composting manure from our bedded barns. I have looked at the Meyers spreaders with augers in the bottom and also the side slingers as well as the plain chicken litter spreaders which only have chain in the bottom and spinners on the back. Leaning to the manure type spreaders just in case we want to rush the process sometime. Manure spreaders should remove any bridging issues as well. Anyone have experience with these kinds of spreaders? Augers inside a manure spreader make me nervous tho I have had zero experience with them. What has been your experience? Thanks |
