You shouldn't have to break track. Just loosen track tension and lower blade down to raise up. Slack should be at bottom and give enough room to replace your roller. Make sure that you also block up tractor so it can't drop down on you. If you need a little more room you can put a shorty Jack between rails and track frame and push down and get a little more clearence.
