SW WI | This is what my wife has to do….don’t know if it will work for you.
Power off your Fitbit.
Delete the app off your phone and Bluetooth.
Power off and restart your phone.
Then pair, just like it’s the first time.
More than likely phone or Fitbit went thru update? It shouldn’t be that way, it should stay paired. But this is a procedure my wife has to do. | |
