I haven't run into any shortage. Haven't prepaid for anything. Prices are the same except for roundup. Paying cash as I go (pre planned approach). So far. So good. Same old story in January about seed. "If you don't get it now, it might not be available". My answer was the same as in past years "oh well". No problems.
