East Central, Nebraska | so they just pulled in and started spraying a field no one called on? sounds odd, but yeah it wouldn't be any different than if the was a field of organic corn coming up there and they smoked it. its just really odd that they pulled in and started spraying it, did they fess up that they were in the wrong field or is the landlord maybe not telling the whole story? if they were called and were spraying the correct field i dont think you have a leg to stand on. as for the grazing restrictions, if they were mine i would get them out of there. | |
