My wife has a Fitbit Inspire 1 or 2, and she let the battery run out.  Now the time is 3 hours late.  The app on her cell phone won't connect via bluetooth and the update/upgrade is grayed out.

I turned on location and bluetooth but it just sits there and the little circle just . . . circles.

In desperation I put the app on my cell phone and turned on location and bluetooth. I had the same result.

According to the app the last interaction with the Fitbit was 700 and some days ago.

Same Fitbit, same cell phone, nothing changed.

It's impossible to update the time any way other than the app on the cell.  I'm open to suggestions.
