You want to recreate the circumstances of 2021-2022? Covid and Russia invading Ukraine? Hard pass on that one... Glad you were able to take advantage of those two situations though.... Thankfully they didn't lead to crippling inflation that is being felt in every corner of the country. Might as well wish for the drought of 2011-2012 again too, that one really worked out well for some of us.
