Sure we have a crappy health care system, which Trump is trying to address. But you are still comparing lifespans of people that have often worked very hard, (including a lot of physical and mental stress) to countries where people work a lot less hours. I know a number of very wealthy farmers and ranchers, you can also see the toll it has taken on them.
