I’d like to emphasize once more that Canada’s supply management system is explicitly included in the USMCA, as negotiated and agreed upon by all parties. By contrast, the tariffs imposed by the Trump administration were applied unilaterally, in direct conflict with the terms of the agreement the U.S. itself signed.
