Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
The oldest advice is "are you on the current firmware?". Version 10.5 is current for the InCommand 1200 although I had no problems with 10.2.

Do you have any other speed source besides GPS such as radar? If so your system might be set to it.

You might try creating a new basic configuration from scratch. It could be a very simple fake tillage configuration and check the speed indication there.

I had a speed issue on an older planter monitor one time. Somehow my units had gotten changed to metric. This seems unlikely in your situation.

Some other idea might be trying a different GPS or temporarily installing a loaner InCommand 1200. This would be easy for me since I have multiple units, this might be difficult for you.

A severe last ditch effort would be to do a complete backup (Good idea anyway to a USB stick) and do a factory reset. Then create a simple tillage configuration to check the speed. If the speed seems to heal then restore from your backup. If the speed issue resurfaces, you would know that something is wrong with the setup in some respect. Once you find it, it will all make sense. BTDT.
