Only been buying them when on sale and forecast is decent so I can throw on smoker. 2 of the last 5 weren't too great, probably on sale for a reason. Going to buy one not on sale and do one up. His look leaner than last bunch Ive smoked
So you smoke it and then grind it? I bet that is phenomenal...
