those settings seem pretty knarly. i always found tracking and heading need to be close to each other. if one goes up or down so does the other. , also the aquier sensitivity is pretty high. that would cause the issue for me of jumping off line when engaging. usually everything within 0-20 one way or another of 100 is good in most cases.
