There has always been a percentage of dupes who keep the con artists going by believing the lies and parting with their money.
I was incredibly disappointed to see that the majority of our southern neighbors were dumb enough to fall prey to it.
Well, no pain, no gain in this care, and we'll have to see how far they will fall before they wise up.
