Faunsdale, AL | No, due process is the basis of our system of government. It’s what separates us from a dictatorship.
If you don’t like the process that results from that part of our constitution, lobby Congress to change the law that governs that process. Then the courts will weigh in and perhaps things change, maybe the law is ruled unconstitutional and they don’t.
That is the process of checks and balances that results from our constitution. Don’t like it……….perhaps you would be more comfortable living in a dictatorship | |
