It’s been a long time since high school government class but am I wrong in thinking that due process is a right that you get by being a US citizen? As in if you are not a citizen and here illegally then sorry about your luck?
Are the ones deported to El Salvador from there? Should they not have a judicial hearing ?
Mistakes are made and cannot be reversed after you are deported. A Pa. born Dr. has received email saying "you better leave the Country now" so she has gone to carrying her Passport . |
