| So basically we agree but the term dei is the sticking point since I use the meaning equal opportunity and you use the hire blacks check boxes definition. I think you’re confusing some kind of hiring quotas, which I would disagree with, with dei.
DEI doesn’t lower the standards for anyone, and it’s extremely hard to become an air traffic controller.
I didn’t mean the subjects aren’t important, I meant they’re pretty far down the list of things I care about in the current state of the country. Obviously you care about them equally since you’re committed to fighting it equally.
Obviously the most qualified person on earth won’t end up in every perfect role, but some of the picks are laughable when merit is the current motto. Loyalty matters over merit certainly. | |
