I'm not familiar with Peplink diagnostics, so I can't technically help you if there is a problem with the Peplink devices themselves. But I would venture to guess there's not. If you use DAC / Data Activation Center for your cell service, their customer service is pretty good, and they might be able to help you with that.

If the Peplink seems to power down or restart unexpectedly, then you probably have a faulty power cable going to it. I've seen that before. There have been multiple generations of those cables, because Peplink changed the connector type at some point. If I recall correctly they went from a barrel jack to a square one with a clip that holds it in place. So, make sure that the power connection is solid.

Check the cell antenna connection, to make sure that it's connected to the Peplink securely, but those don't usually come loose, in my experience.

But if the connections are good, and it just isn't maintaining cell signal while your cell phone is, chances are good that the cell carrier(s) in your area have changed frequencies, to something that your cell phone supports but the Peplink might not. If the Peplinks are more than a few years old and your cell phone is relatively new (supports 5G) then this is a pretty strong possibility.

Most Peplinks out there only support 4G LTE, whereas most cell phones now support 5G. Carriers are prioritizing 5G service like crazy. 4G is still supported, but they're changing frequencies and antenna directionality also, so just because you had 4G service in some place at one point doesn't mean you still do. Right now it looks like I'll be able to get away with another year of using my 4G Peplink BR1 Mini, but I wouldn't be surprised if I have to replace it with Peplink's new 5G-capable BR1 Mini for next year. Either that or just get rid of it and upgrade to an InCommand Go with a built in cell modem.
