 Pittsburg, Kansas | I didn't know exactly what VO2 Max was but did know it had to do with getting your breathing and heart rate up.
I know nothing of this guy. This is the first video of his I have watched. But I thought it was interesting enough to share. Is one reason I started sprinting quite some time ago, to improve fitness.

I am not going to do such tests that he talks about. But I do try to get my heart rate and breathing up significantly.
What he says makes sense to me.
