Central MN | Agree 100%. It’s much more work than taking care of a lawn. At my cemetery people drive all over it. The board actually has had to install posts in certain spots to prevent people from driving everywhere. Then you have the people who put junk around the stones. Then there are the people who go get a live plant set the pot out and never water it. The worst is the people who expect the cemetery to look like Arlington but they won’t donate time or money to help maintain it. Having said that, I do enjoy taking care of it. It’s very satisfying when it’s green mowed and trimmed up nice. | |
