New style or old style conversion ? New style has hyd motor very close to right side with a Dickey John speed sensor.
Old style has hyd motor on left side where transmission was and I’m pretty sure uses original speed sensor off the meter ring - just like the ground drive used.
One way or the other I’d say speed sensor for that meter is bad
