| We bought a used Brandt auger from our local Deere dealer. They are a Brandt dealer, but we have called 2 locations trying to get the price of a part and maybe order it. I give the parts guy the part number. Then they have to call Brandt. Neither location has called me back. My question is, who has a Brandt dealer that they like? These parts are all going to be shipped anyway, so I don't really care where the dealer is. I just really need one that will call me back. I would hope there would be more urgency if it was during harvest, but I don't want to count on it. | |
