You throw them in the scrap and start over at $1500 a row or what ever they are now. Don’t know your brand of head but Deere has a copy cat version now, they had some trouble to start with but I think people are happy with them now. They were cheaper.
Calmer usually throws 10% off during farm shows. Not sure where they are at during summer but as expensive as they are 10% helps.
