The country of Vietnam has found a clever way to curry favor with Donald Trump in order to avoid his trade war. They have decided to fast-track the approval for a nearly $1.5 billion property that Trump is wanting to develop in the country. So rather than actually helping the United States close the trade deficit, they are going right to the source and hoping to bribe Trump into giving them a tariff exemption.
