South Central MN | Not uncommon to get different adjusters for different claims, so likely that one didn't know what the others had seen at other times. Agents are only going to be as good as the information they receive, they should be able to sift out some of the fraud but if someone is trying really hard they could have slipped it through.
Someone did figure something out though if they were caught.
As the older agents and adjusters retire they will be replaced by younger ones who probably haven't been exposed to the slippery tactics some try to pull and may be more trusting, or don't know the background of the operation well enough to see fraud happening. | |
