Malta, Illinois | Yes, it has become a problem. Where to draw the line is a big question. The big thing now is Shepard's hooks and solar lights. I don't have a problem with the Shepard's hooks if they are put in right next to the base of the stone and are straight and solid. We are banning the cheap solar lights that have become popular. Inevitably they get battered and broken by the weather and end up in the way of the mower. | |
