Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
I agree with JD630's advice. Check your settings to be certain they are what you believe they should be. In other words check that the section widths, speed cal, meter cal, etc. have not been inadvertently changed.

Then check the Vol/min and the Area/hr while actually spraying and moving. One will be zero which will allow you to split the problem.

If the Vol/min is zero, but yet the Area/hr shows that area is being covered, the problem is in the flow meter area. The flow meter could be stuck, damaged, a bad transducer, problem with the wiring, zero meter cal etc.

On the other hand if the Area/hr is zero but the Vol/min shows that flow is being recorded, then the problem could be with the speed input device, the boom width settings, the section switches not informing the system that sections are on, speed sensor wiring etc.

To check that the switches are informing the system correctly I would do the following: I would write down the current settings for boom widths, speed cal, meter cal etc. I would change the boom width for Boom 1 to 100, Boom 2 to 200, Boom 3 to 300. Then enter a self-test speed of 10 MPH. Flip the Master switch ON and all section switches off. Push the Area/hr key, it should show 0. Then flip section switch 1 (100") on, the Area/hr should show about 10 Acres/hr. flip section switch 1 off and flip section switch 2 on (200"), the Area/hr should then show about 20 Acres/hr. Repeat for the other sections. If the Acres/hr show the expected pattern, boom sense and you section switches are fine.

It is not real common but I have seen several instances of where some internal diodes get damaged and the switches do not correctly inform the system as to which sections are actually ON. It feels no sections are ON and the Area/hr is shown as zero. When I worked as a Tech, I replaced those diodes several times. My guess is that it is something simple such as incorrect programming or a stuck flow meter.
