Any chance you could post a picture of how it looks sitting down? I would think if you could open your bleed screws with it down, and if the hydraulics were keeping it up, that would let it continue down, then you’d know if that’s your problem or not.
Does it have tanks you could fill? My old 6 row seemed to have trouble going deep enough till it got shined up but a 7200 front fold out to be heavy enough to go down with no trouble.
Usually when one is out of phase, going up or down evenly is the issue. If it’s even across the bar I’d almost think cylinder bleeding isn’t the issue.
