99% no-till here and other than a couple operations most tillage is just to fix ruts and rough fields.  We have a couple new farms that need a disc but we've tried to do what we need to with a Turbo Max as it does seem to take care of light compaction enough for our freeze/thaw cycles to finish the job.  Here, no-till is a no-brainer and it shows but some are trying a little strip-till as well, which would be the next best option I'd think.
