Subject: RE: JD 7200 not lowering in plant

Southern Middle TN
When I tried to rephase it myself I took the front and back collars off of the cylinder that controlled the lift. Held it for about 30 seconds up and then down. Once it was down I bled the fluid off of all of the lift cylinders for the eight wheels. Put the collars back on and raise it up, it looked good and level. Then tried to lower it and while it was still level, it just wasn't going low enough to the ground. Repeated this process again and still the same thing happened. The collars on the main cylinder screwed all the way in, should I put them about halfway on and tighten the set screw to see if that would help? This planter has 2 big cylinders, one for lift and one for fold I assume, do you have to rephase them both to see any improvement?
