Southern Middle TN
Yes it is. Didn't have this issue last year. When we pulled it out of the barn and unfolded it I noticed the main cylinder that controls lift function was leaking in the center. Took it off and replaced the orings and seals and now have this problem. Thought bleeding the air off the lift cylinders and taking the collars off to rephase would work but it doesn't seem to. Might be missing something in the process?

It is a 3pt planter 16 row 30 in 7200 (not conservation)
