Subject: Massey 175 oil cooler lines. Can I weld?


I have two lines that rubbed together and are leaking. Can I weld a bead over the rubbed spot or braze? Will there be any problems with such a repair. Parts are NLA and haven’t had any luck at the salvage yards. What are your thoughts?
