SE SoDak | Hm... well, full disclosure, we are 100% no-till on both corn and beans and have been for a long time (decades for beans). Haven't had the field cultivator out to dry out wet spots since 2019ish, and haven't even owned a disk since about that time. I suspect many answers here are biased by people promoting their own practices.
In our area no-till continues to slowly grow, especially for the younger, part-time, and under-capitalized farmers. It's just cheaper in terms of both time and iron, especially if your ground drains reasonably well due to tile or natural slope.
My guess: about 25% of the land is no-tilled around us. However, the number of farmers who practice no-till is probably higher, as the big operators who farm half the county mostly still use tillage.
