| Bikman etal don't want to admit that different people can thrive on different diets because if they did no one would bother watching them. During my lifetime, about the only fruit I have eaten is applesauce or bananas. Most of the vegetables have been potatoes and carrots. I am not low carb because I eat most of my meat with bread aka sandwiches. I usually have 3 glasses of milk a day. I consider myself lucky that I only consume soda pop when it is given to me free. Once in 1965 was the only time I have eaten food from McDonalds as fast food and restaurants are very rare events for me. In summation your diet apparently revolves around saturated fat and mine is more oriented towards fiber. | |
