| Yes, I think they should be able to bid on and buy cattle. Most of the time they set the starting bid and keep the auction going. It also gets the buyers to bid. Also I seen in the past the auction barn owners help hold up the market when there is a hit on the future market or order buyers don’t have many orders for cattle that day. I also seen sales barns owners or managers have outlets for cattle when those days at a cattle auction happen. | |
