These are usually corporate people who are burnt out with DEI, butt kissing, yes men and TPS reports.
Dealing with poison Ivy and locusts are usually more enjoyable than another Zoom call where management blames everyone below them for not being accountable for their low numbers after management made the business tough to do business with.
