Driving in the UK is a challenge... left side adjustment is the easy part. We drove all over the UK and managed it pretty well but London is a whole different ball game. Public transportation if very available and reasonably priced in the city and I strongly recommend it. Navigation in the city is difficult to say the least.
How do you rent a car in London to drive around and see the sights?
