I look at it and can't believe someone isn't building something similar for $10k or so today. Even if it was a one ton unit for a 30hp tractor.
Seems like a new mixer is 60k or so. They way this is going I can see an upgrade in the future. But I really need to workout another location with a covered building and long term lease before I get too aggressive.
