We often buy the corned beef briskets from the grocery stores and like them. My wife decided to try her hand at doing some meat herself. She did a venison roast and it turned out real good. Of course being venison it is very lean and might be a little dry for some folks but the flavor is good and the meat tender. Will probably try some beef cuts soon.
