I was there last year and I recommend uber, taxis, train or walking. More than enough traffic to deal with and the center of the city has some congestion rules and fees for having a car downtown. Public transportation was easy and clean. We enjoyed our time there, some seriously old buildings still in use, lots of history. The hotel where we stayed was built in the 1700’s.
How do you rent a car in London to drive around and see the sights?
