Nwmo | High triglycerides usually come from eating carbs, how strict is her low carb diet?
Was she fasting when she had her blood drawn?
How long did she fast?
I wouldn't wait 3 months for another blood test. I would go get my own, either through Siphox, Function, or Own your Labs. I have done the Siphox test twice, they had a buy one get one free special back in Feb. It was pretty interesting how much changing my diet changed my lipid panel. I dropped my ApoB by 40% in 30 days. The only difference was I was at the end of a 4 day fast on the first test and I was eating pure carnivore for 30 days on the second test.
