Croswell, Michigan | Pre Covid I leased three trucks. All two-year leases, I paid one payment up front and had no monthly payments. My total cost for each truck was $6800, $4200 and the last one $5300. I figured buying new they would have each lost that much in value in the first two years. The last one ended during covid. I had a local dealer give me $500 to turn it in at their dealership so they would have first shot at buying it from GM to resell. Now similar leases are $14-$15,000. I don’t see how that works.
